  1. How will I be notified if my order does or doesn’t go through
    If you have reached our Thank You page and it notes that your order is successful, then we have successfully billed your credit card and your order has been sent out for shipping. Additionally, you will receive an invoice by email and on the Thank You page as well.
  2. What do I do if I never received my log in information?
    Email us at support@in12months.com with your name and email address and we will promptly get your login information to you via email.
  3. I am having problems downloading my guides... what do I do?
    First, make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Reader installed on your computer. You can always get this at Adobe's website. Second, you can revisit the download guides page by clicking on the links in your email. If you are still having trouble downloading the guides, contact us at support@in12months.com and we will give you an alternative format to view the guides in.
  4. Is the dvd compatble with European players?
    The Phenomenon DVD is currently encoded for Region 1, which is common to North American countries. Some European DVD players can play DVDs encoded for all regions, however, you will need to check in your Manufacturer's Guide to confirm its playability. Keep in mind, the DVDs will play in all PC DVD players, so even if your home DVD player will not play the Phenomenon, you would be able to play it in your PC.
  5. How do I receive my password if I can not remember it?
    If you need your account password, contact us at support@in12months.com with your name and email address and we will send or reset your current password.

  11. My disc is damaged - what should I do?
    If your disk doesn't play properly or has come damaged in some way please return it to The Phenomenon

    Your unique redemption code is located on the back right-hand lower corner of your Phenomenon™ DVD case. This code only allows for a 1 time usage per customer.

    If you have lost your code please contact us at support@in12months.com or call our office at 1-800-268-9930 (Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time) and we will issue you a temporary replacement code.

  4. Why am I being charged for membership before my 2 months is up?
    Your credit card was not charged the monthly membership fee until the beginning of the 3rd month, after you have received 2 issues of your newsletter.
  5. What is a teleseminar?
    Teleseminars are used to provide information and training to group of people interested in a particular topic. They are similar to traditional seminars, in content and purpose, but they are given over the telephone, rather than at a specific location.
  6. What is a webinar?
    Webinars, or web conferencing, is used to conduct live presentations over the internet. In a webinar, each participant sits at their own computer, and is connected to other participants via the internet.
  7. How do I cancel membership?
    Should you decide to cancel your membership, you can do so at any time by calling Glazer-Kennedy Insider's Circle at 410-951-0147 or faxing a cancellation note to 410-825-3301. Remember, your credit card will NOT be charged the low monthly membership fee until the beginning of the 3rd month, which means you will receive 2 full issues to read, test, and profit from all of the powerful techniques and strategies you get from being an Insider's Circle Gold Member.
